Key Innovations:
Surface Fluoroborocarbon Lubrication:
(1) Hydrofluoric acid-nitric acid mixture to remove the oxide layer;
(2) Potassium fluoroborate solution (90–95°C) generates a lubricating film to reduce upsetting bonding.
Precision Hot Upsetting:
High-frequency induction heating (up to 600°C±10°C in 5–8 seconds);
Tungsten carbide mold high-speed steel pressure rod, with cushion sleeve to protect the life of the mold.
Intensive Heat Treatment:
Solution Treatment: Vacuum incubation at 910°C±10°C for 1–2 hours, water quenching (transfer ≤ 10 seconds);
Aging Treatment: 510 °C± 10 °C heat preservation for 8 hours, argon cooling, to achieve σb≥1100MPa.
Threading:Hot rolling (300–450°C) increases thread strength, and the lower R-angle of the cold extrusion head reduces stress concentration.
